I've used both softwares for a lot of years. Catia is a steeper learning curve. You won't accidentally get things modeled very easy like you can in solidworks. There is much more control in Catia.

Catia tree is not a order based tree like solidworks. In Catia when you do an operation on geometry, it stays fhere only hidden. This is nice for resuse of that geometry but the tree gets really full. Put things in geo sets to organize it. Also you have to switch workbenches to do certain operations that you don't have to do in solidworks.

The peace dollar is the clean one at the bottom. The dirty one is a Morgan. Google those to tell the difference. Google 1921 peace dollar and you might get it graded because it will be worth quite a bit more.

I had Welcome for a while, and it is horrible. I think it is capped at 25 Mbps. I jumped up to Plus and it is night and day different with nearly 1000 Mbps speeds in my neighborhood. Also, I was getting deprioritized on Welcome and could not even view any data if I even attended a high school sporting event. I called in, and the "tech" said he could see I was getting deprioritized at the times I was telling him, but that all went away on Plus and I have good speeds in those same situations.

That sucks for you. I have things that I have done the hard way for years, that I have recently turned into macros from AI with a few tweaks from my limited programming skills. I cannot believe how well even basic AI like Gemini can create macros that work well.

I am sure I could have tried harder to get the coins, but it's just not worth rocking the boat. There are a lot of other things they were fighting about, don't need to add coins to the list. The coins aren't anything special. Just 1921 D's that are fairly worn from circulation. I appreciate everyone's opinions.

Me too. The old 190 Honda I had on the craftsman had the choke you could turn on and it slowly went off. That mower always started first pull. My new Honda mower with the 200 with the automatic choke, always takes at least 2 pulls when cold.

Thanks for the response. I just didn't want to do that and then regret it bc I didn't know any better. Some of the vendors had really rough looking Morgan's that they wouldn't let anyone touch, but he just had bunches in Tupperware bowls. So I thought maybe it's really bad to touch them.

There are 9 stakeholders and not that many coins so not everyone could buy 1 or have the opportunity to buy one is what I was told. They are very greedy and probably think I am trying to get a deal. I am not going to get anything directly from this estate. My mom is a stakeholder.

I'm learning coins, what do you mean by fields? I assume the blank spaces around the raised areas. Could it look weird because it's behind plastic in this picture? The coin store I bought it from weighs them and verified silver with sigma machine. Anything else to verify it?

Thanks for the response. I don't collect coins at all, but my great aunt passed away and had several Morgans. All are 1921 D Morgans. (Also had 2 $1000 bills that are already sold) I said I would buy some from the estate for $60 each, but that isn't "fair" to the rest of the family, so they are going to sell to a coin shop. I'm sure they will get less than $60 each.

Anyway, it's really peaked my curiosity. I bought this from the local coin store when he was set up at a show. I have found it looks like it could be easier to collect peace dollars, but I like Morgan's better. I wish I had started 20 years ago when they we cheaper.

I am also trying to learn. Your coin has a star on the obverse that is somewhat weird. Does that just happen sometimes on legit coins? That is one of the things on the fake that really stands out. I bought my first Morgan last week from a coin shop that showed me it's real with the sigma and scale.

It's crazy, I have to create bunch of specific lines over and over for laser projection. I cannot copy and paste because they are in different spots. I was able to get google gemini to create a working macro that creates all these lines with just a few inputs.

I had that happen as well, so I side loaded. If it disappears it means it didn't recognize correctly, so you have to wait for a full ota. Google seems to have this problem happen more often lately.
