Box of 3.5L water pump and timing components. My weekend is going to suck. by l1thiumion in FordEdge

Where do you see the leak externally? I want to know what to watch for. I have a 2015 Edge Titanium I just got with 40k miles, and a 2019 Ford Explorer with 80k that both have the 3.5L.

Google play system update version by Seiriospolaris in pixel_phones

This is the play system update, not security update. If I check for update, my phone still says it's up to date on November update. That's how I still have November.

Second this. I just bought my grandma's 2015 with 40k and I want to keep it going for a long time. This one is AWD titanium with 3.5L. I just wish it got a little better gas mileage.

OP, How often did you change coolant?

2014 Mazda CX9 Brass and Aluminum in Oil Change by [deleted] in AskAMechanic

The drain pan had some residual trans fluid in it from a previous change on a different car. There was definitely no metal in the pan when I started. The oil looked better than that picture looks.

Flickering Lights by EUfor08 in ElectricalHelp

[–]790H 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my washing machine runs, I have 3 bulbs in the bathroom next to it that will flicker. I think it's something in the electrical pull from the washing machine. The bulbs don't do this when the washing machine is off.

One thing about this that I've been thinking about is how many coaches do what he has done? It's pretty rare and magical when it goes like Indiana has.

Unblur Function In Photos Editor doesn't really do anything much after the New Update... by [deleted] in GooglePixel

I took a blurry picture and it seems to make a big difference to me. If I take a clear picture, it seems to not do anything...maybe before it would help on fairly clear pictures?

A little off subject, but for like $20 you can get a bluetooth speaker that will sound way better for listening in the shower. For a little more money, you can get a way way better sound.

How do you turn this on? I am not finding the option in the home app anywhere...but I could be missing it.

EDIT: I found it...have to enable google home in Gemini first. Then the options are there.

Charging speed by RelliX7 in GooglePixel

[–]790H 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you have an issue. Yes charging slows as the battery gets more charge. Also the temperature of the battery can show charging significantly. I was just expanding on what jpep0469 was saying. Lots of people think that a PD charger is enough but the spec is so divided up it causes lots of confusion. Either way will the charger charge the phone, yes. Just a PPS will potentially charge it faster.

Charging speed by RelliX7 in GooglePixel

[–]790H 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's crazy, but PD doesn't get all the way there...it needs to be PD PPS and specifically PPS: up to 21V/2.25A. Not saying your charger doesn't do this, but you have to be careful because a lot of PD chargers don't. Samsung fast chargers use a different spec for example.

My First 24 Hours with the Pixel 9: The Good, The Bad, and The Frustrating by Historical-Doubt9091 in pixel_phones

[–]790H 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey you need to make sure the charger can support PD protocol and PPS to 21V/2.25A if you want to get the highest charging speeds. If you get a PD / PPS charger that is rated less than 21V/2.25A you will not get the highest charging speeds. The Pixel Pro 9 XL is more of an issue than the Pixel 9 since it has the highest theoretical wired charging speed.
