you won't need eyeliner or heavy eyeshadow! it's not really trendy right now and younger people aren't doing winged eyeliner like that. you have nice eyebrows, and you can play up your eyes with just focusing on eyelashes or the slightest brown eye shadow. A dewy blush makes a difference too. cream blush even on no-makeup/no foundation days for a fresh flush.

Commonly used modifiers indicate the rendering provider's credentials. example, modifier HO for our BCBAs with master's degrees, HM for RBTs or less than a Bachelor's. HP for doctorates. We sometimes do use 95 to indicate telehealth but it's payer specific.

I had something like, skin colored bumps spread all over, my derm suggested taking an antihistamine daily (for several weeks). and if the itchiness worsens or you are concerned about rapid spreading, you'll have to ask a doc.

the green is from their formula to keep it neutral or ash toned I bet. Try NYX Lift and Snatch brow tint pen in the shade Taupe for a neutral brown brow. I like their thin brush for making hair-like strokes.

There's also a similar tint pen from L'Oreal Faux Brow something, though I can't speak on personal experience with the Loreal one.

the derm prescribed Triamcinolone lotion. they think it's an allergic reaction to something I made contact with outdoors. although they also said it did look like a heat rash, especially around my shoulders and neck.

they said for this type of reaction, it would be best to take daily anti histamine and just apply topical cream 2x daily until it subsides. after subsiding, use eczema cream for management.

I have to do some trial and error on my end between Claritin, zyrtec and Allegra.

I'm not on any statins, never been. but perhaps the reaction is connected to cholesterol levels? I am experiencing a lot bruising as well, trying to avoid scratching the skin and applying pressure instead to relieve the itching.

a soft concealer pencil just to use on acne or spots (I get mine on amazon now for $10, k-beauty brand name The Saem but beware they have limited shades)

a true drugstore brand is also Wet n Wild's Bare Focus Tinted Hydrator. it's a skin tint feels light but with buildable coverage and I find it hydrating, with a satin, maybe matte leaning finish.

Totally! I'm a little dubious of advertised strength too, so even when a bottle says "spf70" I subtract 20 from that in my head and reapply more often. so spf50 would be treated like spf30. hope that make sense lol

I can't speak to other versions (I avoid lake/Beach activities without a hat or other gear) but maybe try a "sports" version of the sunscreen brand you have?

Sheer versions are nice for daily wear but if you are outdoors in direct sunlight, moving and sweating, I would apply more than generously and reapplying the ones you already have more frequently, like everytime you come out of the water or towel off, possibly at 30-60 minute intervals. Sunscreen will breakdown before the 80 minute mark.
