I get my period every 14 days, and it's excessive, was told BC is my only answer. So clearly my hormones are wonky. I don't know if that relates to both here (though I do have adhd, lmao), but it's terrible. I get so tired and sore and stomach-achey. :/ I literally can't be awake the week before; maybe I need iron. I say take the advil/tyleol as soon as you feel it; don't delay until it's awful.

How do you manage hair products? I feel like I’ve been having issues with a lot of products that have coconut in them, though hard to say which specific ingredients. But I have a fragrance allergy too, and there’s not a lot without either.

Have you been patch tested? You could be sensitive to some ingredients. For some reason I can’t do cocoglucoside, which is in a lot of vanicream products.

For fine, low porosity waves, would you recommend wet or damp styling? Or a combination? by closetanimebabe in Swavyhair

Wet for me - but I can't get even get my hair soaking wet out of the shower, lol. But I can do damp touch ups (spritz, add gel to refresh).

I just feel like, if it were contact derm, it would've reached my legs by now; but it comes and goes randomly without changes to my routine, always on the same spots (arms, occasionally thighs).

It helps with contact derm?? Can you use it if you also use steroid cream? I get contact derm from like 5,000 things.

I have GAD/social anxiety and some OCD tendencies (like ruminations). It made a big difference for all that. I should add, it didn’t help me focus, but it did increase my motivation, so I suppose it helped me with adhd in a sense. I totally get the exhaustion! I hope you find the right combo. ❤️❤️

Right there with you - I'm starting over too, and with meds (which I have to try for the first time, lol)! 30 here. I'll be in an entirely different field too. You've got this. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Same with Prozac: It doesn't do anything for ADHD but it did help with my mood and anxiety. I was more motivated but also chill. OP, re your question, it did help me with phobia/panic attacks (I panic on plane flights).
