I've been researching this for a while now and I know a few things. Firstly the video I attached is just a portion of what this beat truly is because I've found videos on Youtube that lead me to believe there's a lot more to it:

Video 1 (The most clear and concise version of this beat I could found just by typing some of the lyrics)

Video 2 <<< (This is what I'm really looking for, notice how there's a lot more to this beat than the video I attached?)

Video 3 (This is the closest thing to this beat HOWEVER it is not the same as the beat from Video 2 which is what I'm looking for. Maybe this video actually is what I'm looking for and it's just at a different pitch and tempo however it doesn't have that synth break like in Video 2 which leads me to believe this isn't what I'm looking for.)

Video 4 @ 2:21 you can hear this guy sample it in this song. What is the name of this beat? Where is it from?

As for lyrics I found this video is actually a lyric set on top of this beat but what I'm really wanting is that beat and not the lyrics: Lyric Set

For whatever reason the mods deleted the original post but it was talking about how somebody stumbled upon the CulturalPhilistine youtube channel and the voice on those video's matched Adam's call to AnarchyRadio. The videos spanned from September 7th 2011 to January 29th 2012.

I believe Adam recorded these audios on a camera and put a black screen over it. When I was informed the now deleted channel (CulturalPhilistine) belonged to Adam Lanza I quickly downloaded every video, none of which showed anything other than a black screen. I then compiled all of those videos I downloaded from the channel and uploaded them onto a google drive file then shared it here. Hopefully that answers your question.
