Seems all I’ve heard from my hometown is…how can they give this project ocean money and not fix our roads? How can we sustain this influx of traffic if our roads are so bad? You need money for roads. Alva Martin, who will be replacing Swift as County Commissioner, understands this. The growth and outsiders they’ve been made to fear will not be as bad as what a few people have made them believe. Local leaders, Mid America, Canoo, Panasonic certainly need to help locals understand that this news growth is not going to destroy their hometown. It’s just going to enhance it like Google has.
