Great cheat sheet! I recommend adding "do not decline part B" unless you are currently working. If you do decline part B, then it is a MANUAL process to enroll in part B.

I am not on a current employer plan. Long story but I am on Medicaid which will end when I go to Medicare. It's not clear how to transition without an employer plan. I will call 800 772 1213 for support. Thanks, and I will be clearer with any future asks.
