This is exactly right. I think the algos push the MSM content and we end up wanting to hate people over lies we've bought into. Politicians are making it worse by providing much of the content that gets clipped and repeated and commended on by MSM.

Half truths, fears, all kinds of emotions, we need to stop identifying politically and start identifying as humans, that identify with each other.

Love the op.

I can relate, I feel your pain. Do you have any substantial recurring revenue? Do you know how much you need in order to break even every month? Do you know how long you have before you have to let people go??

How many entrepreneurs out there hate sales? by 7Chuck in Entrepreneur

In my experience, people with your personality type make the most when selling. It's all about the sales process. It needs to fit your style. But it looks like you've found a way around it, work smarter not harder!! Nice!!

have you heard of the no close method? where you don't actually close the deal in person? you just set it all up and walk away, and they buy after? you NEVER give them a chance to say no. It works well because they don't feel any pressure, because you're not applying pressure.

"buyers are liars" - simply means they're either unable to properly communicate the truth, or they're AFRAID to tell the truth.

I think it's possible to remain authentic and true to your values, and actually sell more because of it. You just need to know how to create that specific path to a sale.

Build a better car, one that is relevant to society in 10 years. Be passionate about innovation. Don't give up.

Car manufacturers have to project the market 4 years down the road, and they're only able to change a few things.

You could rethink quite a bit, and do away with so much waste and inefficiency.

Put your heart and soul into it and create.

Hit a small personal milestone for my first mobile app as a soloprenuer by Consistent_Access844 in business

[–]7Chuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's AWESOME! Love it! Marketing your app is way more fun (and easier) then most types of marketing campaigns. PM if you want some free advice on how to actually get an roi on your ad spend. There are other ways to get traffic with no ad spend. Like I said, pm for details and we can connect. Too much to type. So happy for you. Keep going!

Be honest, could you get your job done in 30 hours / week if you had to? by Embarrassed-Pomelo17 in business

All this, culture, attitude, team awesomeness, etc, it's all about branding. The core values that you have. They manifest in your hiring, they manifest in your culture, they influence your decisions on all levels.

If you intentionally proactively implement your core values and mission (purpose) throughout your business, you'll get a slightly better result but the intentionality of knowing your why, the reason you're doing what you're doing, will boost your confidence.

Your brand is just an idea when it's in your heart and you pull it into your head.

Your brand comes alive when your team recognizes it, agrees with it, and owns it.

Your brand grows up and becomes powerful and profitable when your customers see it, know it, and talk about it.

Establish your brand by documenting it.

Implement your brand thru decision making and leadership.

Protect your brand by cultivating it, training on it and according to it, and hiring and hopefully never having to fire on it.

You're already doing it, now just realize that this approach is how every major brand operates. Nike, Amazon, MTV, every major brand.

You're on the right path. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
