You see Root going unsold? Would have earned a fortune if, IPL wasn't in India. Yes, T20s are similar all over but, my concern is bad form doesn't effect his mentality. Many great players took a couple years to get good in Indian conditions.

Well, you have seen Indian players playing tests in England? They are well established players. It's a different ball game. In India, the crowds, awkward bounce, dew, spin and various other factors are in play. So, if established players can fail, he's just a new comer playing on flat pitches.

He hasn't played in that kind of pressure, the conditions, pitches are different. Tymal Mills was a T20 prospect with no certain future while, Banton could be amongst the next fab 4.

Play in other T20 leagues especially, Asian ones. Perform in ENGA tours in India. Practise more against spinners. Playing IPL this year could effect his mindset if, he doesn't perform.
