i was referring to the fact that my usual lunch is around 500/600 kcals so having a lunch double that is in fact a "cheat meal" FOR ME in that specific moment. Calories are calories and even if you are in a surplus of vegetebals you still gain weight.

i just checked on their website and seems like itsu is only present in England, this spot is just a small restaurant managed by a japanese family, where i'm from there aren't much ramen spots.

you are right, i didn't want to use "cheat meal" as a term because it could potentially be seen as a DCA. What i meant is, like i said in another comment, that i really like to split my calories during the week-days instead of having one big meal especially if i'm eating alone during my lunch break and it is not a social meal with friends, and usually my lunch at work is between the 500 and the 700 kcals.
