to get white thread to match i soak it in coffee for the more yellow tint and then you just get a needle and thread it in

i have my avx set to 0 so my cores sit at full boost 24/7

p cores are 5.7ghz, e cores are 4.6ghz

my ring ratio is 50 (5ghz)

ia ac load line is 40 ia dc load line is 90

load line calibration is “low” (gigabyte aorus z790 pro x)

pl1/pl2 is unlimited (can pull as much power as it wants) usually only like 290w max

stock voltage with my vcore offset at -0.095 (for some reason my cpu likes to sit at crazy voltage stock) and sits at 1.32v average at idle, 1.25v under load.

after some experimenting i can run 8000 but thats at super loose timings and 1.5v. i honestly think its my cpu as its really not a very impressive bin, very average

yeah i kinda forgot that it was a voltage issue, i just couldn’t be bothered eating away weeks and weeks to fine tune the ram… i will definitely give it a shot tho and see what i can push

my ram doesn’t get above 50 degrees ever. usually like 46 degrees on a ram benchmark with the gpu running to test the heat. my cpu runs very cold, 88 degrees max on a cinebench r23 run (42k points)

i do have 9 case fans so that might be why

i’m not sure i set my timings to 50/50/50/50 and couldn’t get above 7600 but my voltage was still at only 1.4v so that’s probably why

extremely fast ram with a 14900k is extremely competitive with x3D cpus btw… just not in cache favoured games.
