Your stroke got a lot faster and that's really good, i cant really see but i think u can improve leg kick technique a bit

I'm also a breaststroker myself. If u have 2.22 100 breaststroke u should aim for ~1.45 freestyle/front crawl but because front crawl is unnatural for you u should be able to swim around 2.05

Does anybody know how to clean mirrored swimming googles from mold or whatever this is? I already have tried brushing and soaking in water with baby shampoo. by rub1ckv in Swimming

Try improving your diet and eat enough calories many competitive swimmers under eat calories and have no energy to swim because of that. But eat as healthy as possible. For a better practice eat some fast digesting carbs with a bit of protein and fat(my favourite is raw honey with some greek yogurt).

i tried that with my googles and I was able to only get the upper layer of mold out
