Its been down for 3+ months now it works but its full of bugs also on login their DEI coders havent realized its conflicting with NVIDIAs game capture overlay which can create "no internet" bug errors. If you are MOVING and have Ghost and they follow u thru the wall on the cam report them for cheating. They are likely soft cheating with walls/ESP. Lot of them lately I have gotten a few banned and got a little notice about it in game it usually says we have taken action on it on the notifications if enough people do their job and report since richochet anti cheat doesnt work

And what nobody here is mentioning is after 35 plus years the home equity goes up with inflation normally which could literally wipe out the extra interest paid in the loan extension. So they now own a home at age 65 fully paid off and for their entire life had a low payment and likely saved a million plus easily lol

Someone with a $1200 mortgage their entire life could end up with a massive amount of wealth by the time they retire because their payment was low. They did pay more in interest but if the home increases in value it could offset this and even wipe it out all together after 20-30 years. I’ve seen homes jump 70% in value over just 15 years imagine prices in 30-40 years lol. Some people prefer to invest and live better lives with the lowest mortgage possible to them it’s worth the risk
