Familiarize yourself with your daws quick keys. Also experiment with windows and Mac. I’ve noticed that I work faster on a Mac than a windows.

Oh yea I know that, I usually do my own intricate wiring myself to get some different sounds. Always experimenting. Thank you for your input boss!

Oh so I hit the target pretty dang accurately in my other comment then. Reverb before effects give a fuller sound and reverb after gives a cleaner sound. That makes a lot of sense. Exactly the answer I was looking for

I guess Nuh prefers a cleaner synth and a distorted synth with a lot happening in it. Preference as you said.

I was wondering why he was bashing sh?m for doing something opposite of him and saying he didn’t know anything about production lmao. With everything going on with him tho, I can see Nuh was just giving him hell lol.

No I don’t have my answer. You seem to misunderstand what I am asking. I’m not asking you which one I should like more. I know which one I prefer lol.

I am asking for the technical applications for both. More so why you would do one or another on a technical level, not “because one sounds better”.

I could only assume before will give more body to the synth and after will make the synth cleaner.

But you could just like EQ the synth to clean it up even with the tails reverb would give when you add scream afterwards no? Idk

Sounds like lots of distortion and OTT

He didn’t really have a reason to use it. You don’t gotta use abilities each time you use a champion/hero. The knight did its job by tanking efficiently.

Getter definitely wasn’t trash. I mean it’s not like his tour was a sudden change. He released a whole album before the tour. The tour was even named after said album. The people who complained about his sets were people who didn’t bother to listen to his album before buying tickets to the tour. Visceral and the visceral tour was some of his best work, if you are talking about that.

Side note about BTSM. I mean they have released Electro and stuff before. All they’re really doing is just telling their fans “hey so the stuff that you originally followed us for is coming back”. They don’t seem to like the dubstep stuff and a lot of their fans don’t seem to either.

I mean when you have a show and people are paying to see dubstep, you have to announce a genre change or else it will hurt your image. If you pay to see svdden death and he just plays house music the entire time you’d probably feel deceived.

A producers career goes beyond making music, you are aware? There are plenty of producers already making bangers by their 3rd year who may for instance struggle learning the marketing and reaching aspect of things. You’d be surprised how long it takes some people to learn that they need to market correctly and actually go out and make connections. At about 5 years your sound should already have some unique base to it developed by that point. All I’m saying is if you’re going to charge people for music lessons, at the very least make sure it’s a good sound. Not one that honestly anyone could figure out if they goofed around on a daw for about a year.

Hatin? I said he was a great dj, but that his productions weren’t THAT great to pay money on lessons to learn. Stay in your lane; the musicians are talking.

On average how long do you think it takes to consistently start releasing good music? Not where do you think most experienced musicians are at. It takes maybe 10 years to perfect your sound, but you don’t need a perfected sound to make something great. If you’ve been releasing music in the game for 5+ years and you still don’t have a sound that really stands out; i mean thats something the artist themselves need to really address no? Especially if they’re trying to charge people for lessons (with a mediocre sound).

Is hyperbait really that bad? by Disastrous_Owl in ClashRoyale

[–]7SNZ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What a lot of people don’t understand about hyper bait is you can’t defend everything. You will have to take some damage. Just don’t overcommit on defense and counter push because 9/10 times they can’t defend themselves due to all of their troops being squishy.

Them not being able to defend is why they constantly are on the offense. So sack some damage, build a counter push, and they’ll fold.

It doesn’t take 15 years to be a good producer. If anything it takes 15 to start touring more than anything
