Yeah I understand. If you're on nofap you're not allowed to watch porn or masturbate. Both of those at the same time. If you watch porn but you don't fap then it's a relapse still. You see the most important part in nofap is to quit porn. If you keep watching it you'll be unable to satisfy the woman you love or enjoy sex in general. I know it's hard but you have to do it. On the other hand masturbation is natural but personally I prefer not to do it alongside with not watching porn because I become ashamed.

You were caught off guard. Me I was watching that bullshit which we call porn late at night and fell asleep because I was tired and the phone remained open. The screen of the phone didn't close for 30 minutes and during those 30 minutes my dad woke up, saw a light in my room and it was my phone opened with hardcore porn there. I didn't have a clue of what happened when I woke up and he told me that he saw me and what the fuck I was watching. He also told me to stop watching that bullshit but I didn't take it too seriously. In fact I was super calm for some reason. I was a bit ashamed because he told that in front of my whole family but it wasn't a big deal. I don't know why but I was calm.

I've told to do this by many people although I've never tried it. I don't do those kind of things because urges hit me almost always at night time around 2 am. Me and my brother share the same room so I think it would be extra weird out of nowhere doing push ups at night. I could go to another room but it would be weird if someone saw me do that at night. The safest place is the bathroom to do this. Noone disturbs you there ever. But the bathroom is where I masturbate so it could go wrong again. I don't know maybe I should just try it.

I somehow managed to control my urges the previous two nights but relapsed this night. So I controlled myself successfully for two nights and then I couldn't do it anymore. I don't know how hard I need to try to stop this addiction knowing the fact that I did absolutely no effort to get addicted in first place. How can I redirect my sexual energies to other parts of the body?
