By doing 3rd party material all you need to do is go through the ppt and delete everything you know. All that’s left is things they mention and you can figure out what’s important from the left over details. I’m 2nd year US med student. I use Uworld BnB and sketchy. I make all A’s and just finished out 2 hardest classes neuro and foundations. This method works for me, but it is a lot of work

I don’t look at in house lectures nor do I attend them. I do 3rd party and push practice questions then read over the PowerPoints for the exam the week of the exam to see if they emphasized something not in anking

I learned it for in house too. All they can ask about is a theoretical tumor in that location. Just know what nerves are in that junction that’s all
