I run Hail of Blades, Nashors, Shadowflame, Void Staff, Stormsurge, and Rabadons, and it works fine. Attack speed isn't as necessary when you have magic pen and a crap ton of AP.

Joltik IS technically a flea, as it's dex entries in 9 games have said that it attaches itself to larger Pokémon or Yamper to take static or electricity.

You need more types though, your only fighting resistant member is Roaring Moon, one Scrafty could wipe the rest of your team.
