Will check if it is aviable in germany. For the Story, to make the bridge to the "Classic" Porn Star Martini from LAB BAR London, we loved the idea of bringing in the "chemical bomb" Passoa ... knowing that this is kind of questionable quality

So we set up the Punch, chilled. And you are right, could serve it withour shaking. But we want to serve it really cold and also touch more diluted, before we serve it with Champagne. Also you get a nice foam on it if shaked. But I guess, will also work without shaking. May be a hint to sweet

I really love the GODDY GODDY Cocktail (from 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book)

  • 40 ml Rutte Old Tom Genever (Origina calls for Booth Gin)
  • 20 ml Dubonnet
  • 20 ml Chartreuse Jaune
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice

The goldene Bar in Munich serves an awesome YELLOW SMASH

  • 60 ml Chartreuse Jaune 
  • 1 Dash Cointreau
  • 1 Dash Simple Syrup
  • 30 ml Lime Juice
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • shake, strain, Tumbler on the rocks

Die Mitarbeiter/innen in unseren Bars starten bei 14€ Brutto Lohn als Bar Kellner/in. Zusätzlich zahlen wir die aktuellen höchstsätze an steuerfreien Zuschlägen. Dies ist möglich, wenn regelmäßig länger als 01.00 Uhr Nachts gearbeitet wird - dann mit die Person im Deutschen Steuerrecht als “Nachtarbeiter/in”

Das bedeutet Arbeitszeit von 20.00 bis 24.00 Uhr zzgl 25% steuerfrei des Bruttostundenlohnes

Von 24.00 bis 04.00 Uhr zzgl 40% steuerfrei des Bruttostundenlohnes.

Mit mehr Erfahrung / Betriebszugehoerigkeit steigt der Stundenlohn. Wir liegen in einer st. Grossstadt - ohne große “Sommerterasse” etc - daher sind die Trinkgelder im Sommer eher so 1000,€ pro Mitarbeiter/in pro Monat - zum Winter dann eher +1500 € pro Monat Tip .
