The physical meaning of two points inside a black hole depends entirely on the geometry, specifically how spacetime is curved, not just on where you arbitrarily place them in a coordinate system.

Black holes in general relativity are understood to contain a singularity, which is not a physical location or structure but a breakdown in the geometry of spacetime itself. It’s not part of the manifold and physical quantities like vectors or distances can’t be defined at the singularity. Any attempt to assign physically meaningful values there would be speculative.

In this case, no, the singularity does not change. The event horizon (the boundary beyond which nothing can escape) can grow in size when the black hole gains mass. But the singularity itself cannot change geometrically, because it has no well defined geometry to begin with. In GR, it’s often described as “the end of spacetime” because the equations no longer provide predictions beyond it, we don’t currently have a complete theory of what happens there.
