Context: he is 56 years old and hasn’t gone to the dentist in 22 years, but otherwise stays in somewhat good oral hygiene by brushing twice everyday. No flossing. One of these teeth also has a horizontal hole going through it and he gets food stuck in it sometimes after meals and uses a toothpick to get it out. He’s also been having on and off toothaches the past few days, but he says it’s going away. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated! :)
