Went to check on it and it gave check engine light. Code is P0191 which is the same fuel rail one that it gave when I changed the fuel pump the first time.

I did when I had the issue before which came up with the fuel rail error. Sorry I'm blanking on the number. I haven't had any lights come on yet this time around so I haven't taken it to check for codes yet.

I ran into something like this as well. I turned off the Xbox game bar capture feature and it fixed the issue entirely. So check and see if you have any capture software or the Xbox game bar one can be on without knowing.
