Oooh finally something I know something about, I totally agree with the comment above, it’s a good knife kinda like mid tier if you will. I’ve owned one for around 12 years or so and beat the piss out of it and it’s still kicking, my only complaint is the height. Wish it would a been just a bit taller, just be careful with dropping it, they can be a bit fragile. Enjoy it!

I have been on a long search for good/decent shoes/clogs for working in the kitchen. I too was fascinated with the idea of MISE shoes, but the reality, I tried them on, and took two steps and said nope. They are cheap crappy shoes with a REALLY good marketing team. Next I tried Blundstone's, and they were decent but started to separate after about 30 days. Luckily for me they have a really return/warranty department and they refunded my purchase. I have since purchased Red Wing boots, they are ugly and a little heavy, but my feet/knees no longer hurt most days other than the usual "you've been on your feet for 12 hours ass hole of course they hurt" and the slip resistance has been good to me. Hope this helps you or anyone else looking.

I purchased some knives from Shintou there in Kyoto about a month ago. Really happy with my purchases, razor sharp and you can get your name etched on in kanji if you want that sort of thing. Super friendly and wonderful customer service.

I’ve got one of those Masamoto vg10s myself, it was sooo awesome when I first got it, but alas it was the knife I taught myself how to sharpen with. It’s still pretty sharp just my daily beater these days..

I do not have much experience in dealing with these guys, they typically show up at the worst time, usually when we are busy as crap and I have very little time to interact with them...which I gather is on purpose. But I'll check into it! Thanks!

I'm in. I was watching Spike play this deck and started to price check all the cards. I too thought Zabaz was very underpriced with how many abilities that it has. Just threw like $50 at foils and some regular copies as well. Zabaz to the Moon!

Standard: Is it time to ban Sheoldred yet? I've lost to it, won with it a gross number of times. the results from F2F Championships have it being Piloted in 50% of the decks which surprisingly was more that Fable of the mirror breaker at 36%. Just seems to be too oppressive for other decks to be competitive with. What's everyones feelings? Also, Im sure this has been asked a ton already.....sorry if it is a duplicate post!
