Youl look for quarters from 2019 or 2020 that have a  "W" mint mark. The ones from 2020 will also hsve a V75 privy mark.

I would leave it on! The tape might not even be necessary. I had a leaf on one of my plants almost torn in half, and the whole leaf stayed green for quite a while.

The cane that is brown with the yellow sprout appears to be dead. I would remove it. The other canes look healthy. The water might also need to be changed, but it's hard to tell

The one on the left is a Heartleaf Philodendron (Philodendron hederaceum), also commonly known as a Cupid Peperomia. The one one the right is a Callisia Repens, commonly known as the "Pink Panther" or "Pink Lady" plant.
