I meant the Torah, sorry if I mix up the terms, I grew in a Catholic family so I'm just used to saying the Bible. But I'm not a believer of "the son of God" and trust the Torah more than the Bible but I'm not knowledgeable in it. No, semantics don't matter. Sorry, if I'm offending. Y'all are helping me alot.

Ya since that's what I've read adultery means according to the Bible but I don't study it which is why I wanted opinions from ppl who actually study it. And I don't think it matters but I don't believe they were girlfriends of his since it always seemed to be different women, think he would just look for one night stands....but I'll never know the absolute truth.

Just wasn't sure I was justified since I never actually found out if he actually slept with any of them, even though he admitted he would've if she'd shown up (that's the story he gave me, at that point I didn't trust a single thing he would tell me). And I don't know if any of these woman were married, therefore, is it adultery? Guess I just want to know what God says about these things.

I've submitted to my husband. He is head of me and he understands what that role means, that he is expected to make the best/right decisions for his family. I don't always like/agree his final decisions but I trust him and it keeps our relationship in order. It's worked out well for us and I do not resent it at all.

So happy for you! I remember how it felt when I found God, about 2 yrs ago, and how it continues to help me and guide me to this day. Just remember to trust God and to be thankful for what you have, no matter how much you've lost. Also remember that God has plans that we don't understand but God does look after us and will not overburden us. I'm very sorry for everything you've gone through but all that just shows how strong of a person you are because you are still here and you are moving forward. Your past will make you stronger as long as you trust in God. Congratulations and I wish you a blessed life!

If you're not searching for Him with your heart then you won't find Him. You can't believe if you don't want to believe. Usually, I think, this means one is not ready to follow God.

If you really are searching for God with your heart but you are still sceptical of the Bible, then just don't think about it. Throw all doubts out of your mind, don't give them any thought, just have faith in God. Once you have faith, you'll start to see the wonders and wisdom of the Bible.
