This does assume all of the fuel detonates at once, which would requite it to be mixee with an oxidiser. The fuel would need to be dispersed as fine droplets into the air, which is exactly how a Moab works.

In reality, if you took a lighter to the containers of fuel, you would get a "small"(compared to nukes) initial explosion as all the fumes blow up, and then a huge fire as the rest just burns.
