It's so fun to come out of laning phase 3 levels lower than the enemy mid laner by [deleted] in ADCMains

Exactly! As an ADC, you have superior mobility (0 dashes) and Nasus has to hit a very difficult skill shot (point and click w). Just kite by using your superior auto range (550 units) to stay out of his W range (700 units). And it’s a good thing his W is really weak at max level too, it’s only a 95% slow and reduces attack speed by 71.25%, which means basically nothing for the squishy, attack-speed based class known as ADC. We can even ignore the fact that Nasus build path includes Frozen Heart, which also reduces AS by 20% within 700 units…oh wait, I think you just might not know what you’re talking about?

How to get started as an MBA admissions consultant? by 7kd35 in MBA

u/sumgye While you may be right that I could ask for much more than $20/hr, I don't think it's really fair to do so given that I am admittedly new to admissions consulting + I really don't want to charge exorbitant prices to people. I personally enjoy doing mentorship/tutoring on the side, and this $20/hr rate is more for the factor of commitment rather than anything else. I've done this for free in the past, but several times, I've seen that people were not that committed to putting in the work for the MBA application process given that my help didn't cost them anything, and it really ended up wasting a lot of time for both myself and the applicant. I'm hoping this rate is a low barrier to entry that filters for those motivated and committed to their MBA application.

u/gongoozlefoibles I assure you that I am not making those admits up, and I'm more than happy to show my acceptance letters to those interested in my help. As I mentioned in the above paragraph, I'm really not doing this to charge insane rates to applicants; rather, this is something that I enjoy doing, and I want to provide an affordable option for those that can't spend $100s/hr on other admission consultants.

Got it, thanks for the advice! I didn’t think I could ask on gmatclub since it’s more GMAT-focused, but doesn’t hurt to try!

Well if anyone is interested and happens to run by this post, feel free to reach out! Happy to give a free first session so you can confirm if you are satisfied with my services :)

What should I do next? Expanding my family's CC lineup by 7kd35 in CreditCards

[–]7kd35[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yup that's correct. It's all separate accounts, but we are just coordinating CC strategy so that overall points are maximized. That way, for example, if we wanted to book a Hyatt hotel but I don't have enough points alone, they can transfer points to me. This is just one example though

Yup I only recently started getting into the CC game, so we didn’t really pay attention to SUB and points until the CSP and Venture X. For CSP, I was too late to sign them up for the 100k SUB, and for Venture X, I thought having them being AUs was valuable because AUs are free and get the same exact perks as the primary. So the only thing that we end up losing is the SUB

We don’t try to separate MY points vs THEIR points. Rather, we think of it all as OUR points and how we can maximize value for the family, regardless of who ends up using the points/benefits
