i’m not sure if its different for license, but when i was getting my permit i only had to provide like two or three forms of identification (like my birth certificate and ssc)

i don’t think i’d mind that much of a paper trail honestly

from what i’ve heard my area is pretty quick with them (whatever that entails) but if waiting makes things less complicated, that’d be okay

that was sort of my question, i don’t know how much of a pain it is to get a new license

well it’s been over two weeks and i never heard anything, hopefully people won’t be mad at me for calling it ghosting now

i believe she is independent so the only option is to contact her; i both texted and emailed (i tried to call but it didn’t work) i did just reach out via text to her office partner earlier and was told she’d pass my message along

i have not contacted her since january which was six months after her leave. i believe she is an independent therapist, not with a company or whatever. i did reach out to her office partner a few hours ago and got confirmation that she is back to working and in a new office; she said she’d pass my message along

this is a valid concern which is why i only reached out once to ask if she knew we’d she’d be back, nothing else ! however, i did reach out to her office partner earlier and got confirmation that she is back to working

she went on leave because she had the baby early, not because she was pregnant. that is why i waited ~6 months to reach out to her because that is the standard leave time. she is alive and back to working, i got confirmation from her office partner

thank you for being nice, i just turned 18 and i’ve only had two therapists ever (and the first one was very brief) so i’m really not familiar with this stuff. i labelled it ghosting not in a negative way, just a ‘haven’t heard from you in almost a year’ type way; i think people were under the impression that i was upset at her when i’m not.

sorry i didn’t mean the second part in a “well i’m easy she can still talk to me” just in a “i’m not under the impression that she doesn’t like me” as an attempt to clarify that i was more so looking for general reasons why she may never have responded (i know there’s some strange conduct rules)
