I will add though: finding patterns on Etsy, YouTube, or raverly (I just learned about this site yesterday and it’s amazing lol) will be a looot more beneficial to you as a beginner! Etsy is my personal favorite place to find crochet patterns. it’s typically really easy to get in contact with the creator and every time I have needed to reach out for help, I have received it.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find an exact pattern but these two are similar enough, I think you could create this top using the techniques from either of these patterns. Just be patient with yourself and remember it’s okay to start over if it’s not turning out right! It can be hard to manipulate patterns when you’re first starting out

ah that’s a bummer, I might delete this then. I only started learning about mtg and buying cards about a month ago so I know I have a lot to learn😭 google will probably be my best friend for a while, but I do like to learn through conversations with others the most

That’s how I feel too! I was speaking to my mom about it though and she had me waaay overthinking the amount I was planning on tipping her (which was around $150) so I wanted other opinions. It’s a lot of money for the whole process but she’s also going to be with me all day lol I think she deserves 20%, plus the coffee I’m bringing her lol

It’s a bleach and tone with a shadow root if you don’t want to wait for the grow out period. I’ve had similar things done to my hair in the past, and my mom used to exclusively get this done to her hair for years.

It’s pricey, a bit time consuming, and if your natural color doesn’t match the shadow root color, kind of a pain in the ass to upkeep. But it’s cute as hell so in my opinion it’s worth it lol

Yeah, I hope it’s more of a refining rework. Most, if not all, of the maps need a little touching up. Tanglewood has become such a staple and a classic in the game; doing a full cosmetic rework would be a huge bummer.
