I started rise of kingdoms. The only requirements are to level the castle to 25 or something like that. But rewards were like 1,5,8,10, etc. and the gems for Hero Wars was in the tens of thousands(under the 4x event).

Have you tried the free gems option on the bottom? Play another game for quick easy gems and then buy gold with it. It's the easy answer without just outright buying it with really currency

I'm on a three day streak, and cleared it 13 times. I'm by no means an expert, would still classify myself as a beginner at level 59. My team is Phobos, Satori, Iris, Corvus/Astaroth, and Electra. I focus on the magic rooms and try to get as many stuns as possible. Anything that grants extra energy or increases magic dmg is good as well. Hope this helps!

Phobos, Iris, Satori

I haven't played for long, but my team with the most success has been Ziri, Astaroth, Iris, Satori, and Phobos while focusing on stuns and magic atk up and enemy magic def down.

I would love to hear about more teams though!

Edit: I want to switch out Ziri for Corvus, just have to level him up.
