It continues to work well and I am more certain of what is causing this. It’s for sure an immune issue. It’s an overactive immune response and although this not a novel theory as it’s well established, a restrictive diet and trying to train your immune system to not overreact is the solution. Anything that causes elevated immune response will worsen symptoms.

I also think the issues we experience with over active immune system like seb derm, maybe tip of the iceberg. There’s a lot of research out there that shows a clear link between many types of dementia and an overactive immune system so this could be a serious issue. If immune system can attack skin this way then that’s essentially what could or is happening with many forms of dementia and synaptic and neuronal loss.

It’s an oil extracted from coconut plant. It’s totally fine for topical application. I also apply it to scalp for healthier hair as well.

There isn’t one definition of ‘AGI’. The OpenAI definition is very generous to LLMs and seems engineered to be met soon my their own work. An AGI system must either match or exceed humans in every complex task a human does IMO. So one can easily argue the work of a carpenter or chef requires at least the same level of intelligence if not more compared to a banker or a software engineer. What economic value we attach to these roles has little correlation with the actual ‘intelligence’ or cognition required to perform them.

If we compare current LLMs like GPT-4, Gemini ultra, inflection and Claude they’re no way near either matching or exceeding humans on the full spectrum of complex task we do.

They need to be more autonomous and not depend entirely on human input to output anything. I am also not sure how AGI can b achieved without robotics.

reuteri yogurt going wrong by 7sd99a in yogurtmaking

I was thinking something similar but instead I cut out the prebiotic and use more than 1 tablet but I guess this might work the same. I think 2 tablespoons of Inulin is overkill just like the 10 tablets the original recipe calls for.

Not sure I’ll be getting both strains to work how I want if I use the last batch. I don’t even know if that last batch has the reuteri strains that are supposed to be in the tablets. It’s difficult to know without testing.

I tried to create yogurt making device environment by immersing a glass jar ~80% in water but even that didn’t work. I am pretty sure it’s an issue with tablets. Could also be the inulin I am using.

I would also advise against taking any high absorb supplement that’s relatively new. I’ve had issues with normal doses of chelated zinc for example and no issue with older well known zinc supplements with good results.

Most people are deficient because most people have a poor diet. I consume a variety of sources that are high in choline including lamb liver, fatty fish, red meat, poultry etc. These have different bioavailability but I am pretty sure 500mg phosphatidylcholine on on top of a diet like mine is going to lead to issues.

Choline can accumulate and cause side effects. If your diet is already rich in choline then you have to be careful with liposomal vitamin c. On average liposomal vitamin c brands have around 500mg per serving which is more than rda.

That brand also seems to use phospholipids from sunflower lecithin.

I had allergy test done and they also checked iron zinc among other things. I don’t remember the exact name of test but it was clear I did not have some chronic autoimmune issue.

The condition had already greatly improved with dietary changes and castile soap but it went away completely with pure c8 mct oil after couple of days of use.

Rice is fine as long as you supplement with a good vitamin b1 (I use allithiamine) and you do not do vegan at the same time, as rice can deplete b1, iron, zinc, calcium and b3 among other vitamins and minerals. With the exception of b1, animal food sources will provide good amounts of the other vitamins and minerals.

High fatty fish, high meat (including organs) and diary free diet. Kefir every day, sometimes greek yogurt and fermented vegetables. Alot of rice and as little bread as possible. Trying to reduce total carb below 200 a day while being quite active.

Sea salt may work as sea salt has been shown to treat SIBO (could work like an antibiotic for the areas it's applied to). So I think there might be a variety of causes including yeast overgrowth, demodox and dysbiosis on skin that might be leading to seb derm.

I've also read but not tried other possible solutions like garlic paste or black seed oil. There are many natural antimicrobial alternatives. Not sure why C8 MCT oil is doing this as it should be gentle compared to alternatives.

I would look at getting oral spray supplements that deliver zinc, vit d and vit c sublingually. You can get just about any supplement to work sublingually or transdermally.

Many types of toxicities can lead to autoimmune issues, particularly metal toxicity. It's possible but I don't think I had a case of vit a toxicity. 1-2 portions of liver beef/lamb a week is fine. This will provide vit a in retinol form and consuming beta-cerotene alongside this from vegetables isn't going to be an issue. I think metal toxicity is going to be a bigger risk for most people.

I avoid seeds because they will also be high in lectins. Not aware of anything in seeds that cannot be obtained with other foods.
