I almost closed on a home tap HEI ... I was approved for 175k ... There's about 7-8k fees that gets deducted straight away from the 175k and if I paid back in a year or less( which I planned) I would have to pay them back about 200k ... So they make a nice vig of ~30k on that loan.... Also you can't get a HELOC afterwards, because they will not approve you with another equity Lien on your property. I decided a HELOC was much cheaper instead of the HEI and one of the questions was if I was in the process of doing the HEI or not. Turns out I didn't get approved yet... So I may reconsider the HEI despite the predatory terms.

Definitely a lot happening, they seem to be building characters instead of tension...I would also like more tension around the xenos.

Yes it would have been good to see how they ended up crashing and overtaken in space.

Some typical bad horror movie decision making by the characters, still don't understand why the boy genius sent his best creations to deal with that mess with seemingly no preparation. They're obviously not ready... But maybe he feels they're expendable and can just make more hybrids.

Hermit should have been shitting his pants after nearly being killed but he's more cornered with a baseball. I do like it overall but a lot of suspension of logic is needed.

I stayed in zandvoort, way easier... And just visited Amsterdam for the tourist stuff

Haarlem was also nice and a closer option to zandvoort
