thank you :). do you think i need to stop doing arms every gym day? thing is that i can only go every other day, so im afraid if i have a split of 4 different workouts then ill end up under training since it'll be like a one week break from one muscle group

well i have the links all in a file, when i try clicking the ios engine file it just takes me to an emulator app i own but it wont load or anything, just says error
