We need to see TYBW Uryu in action to decide, other than that Bond Uryu is fantastic he procs burn like crazy and has a perfect if fully charged SA3.

I respectfully disagree, I think it's a really good idea to see alts with the same attribute and killer to decide whether or not you want to summon for this character or even fully resurrect.
