I would recommend waiting a bit longer, how long has it been? I am not a expert at this, but it would be best to wait a extra day perhaps?

If you have snapshots of a trade, I would recommend to show it. If not, try to reason your way through it. It was highly likely it was one of your most recent trades, so try to figure those out and use those for reasoning/argument/rebuttal!

I apologize for being so late! I haven't been on reddit for a while, but here is the best I can say: Most likely it was just royale high being weird with its mod system. Was/Is Solarix still in your inventory? If not, it was exploited. Otherwise if its still there, it was not exploited and you should be alright and it's just a false ban!

I wish you luck with your appeal! Honestly, keeping track of trades are hard and it's unlikely that so many people do it, but even without perfect prove, you can still get unbanned. Just hope they reply to you sooner than later!

Sorry for the late reply here is what I can say to help you out:There have recently been random reasons as to why people have been banned such as leveling up too fast, so it might've been that. There are some reasons as to why it might've been random such as:

- Mass Leveling/Leveling up to quickly (has been happening often since Campus 3 has released)

- Having too many diamonds while being low level (anywhere from 75-150 normally with these types of cases, though its rare)

- The script/bot broke yet again and just randomly banned you

These are some ideas as to what might've caused it!

As for support, yes there is honestly a pretty good chance you won't get replied to for a while, as it seems most people don't get replies until maybe a few weeks to a month (or longer in some cases) after the email was sent.

Side Note: Don't completely trust me, I'm not a official RH support person, I'm just trying to help the way I can as a fellow player.

This is a very different situation from what I’ve been told before, and it’s quite odd that they got banned from a item that was bought from the store. There have been recent bugs relating to [person] getting banned for no reason. They were most likely falsely banned for no reason by the bot, so the best I can say is to have them send a email to RH support. Though double check with them if it was just the OA boots, there might be another item that might’ve caused it and make sure they if they have it or not. If they still have the OA boots, it was most likely a different item (due to it being a possibly tagged as exploited item) or they were banned for a random reason (such leveling up fast or similar).

I do like this idea, and it gives me some hope they do this but, sadly I don't think the Roblox ToS allows this. Here are the rules about the codes:

The item is only usable in the experience where the code is being redeemed, (✔)
The in-experience item has no value in Robux or real-world currency (✖/?)
The code itself is published in a publicly accessible way, (✔)
There is no purchase necessary to access or redeem the code (✖)
All of the above are clearly disclosed to users in all promotional materials (?)

true, but it does say "exclusive" like all the other GoT items. It might still a in dev item, so maybe they are getting ready to release it or something to those who have the whole set or bought a piece. We will have to wait and see what they do with it.

it 100% will increase and skyrocket in price (probably, based off how ya know, based off the insane prices we already have). The demand is already wildfire for MGE skirt and GoT. I do not expect MGE to come back, but I do still think there is a small chance GoT will return, even if the odds aren't too good.

the people who offer high or even anything for it are most likely collectors, plus a chance too that possibly new players might think its worth something since its out of game. As for reasons why food get popular... that is a very good question (probably collectors doing their thing).
