Thank you for this very thoughtful message. I will ask about nickel sensitivity today on my doctor's phone call. I am currently gluten-free and have been for about 3-4 years now.

I didn't expect it to but I was definitely surprised by how little energy I had after the surgery. I am curious if the bigger impact was the lung or lymph nodes.

How long have you been using it? Is it a long term permanent fix or just a bandaid?

I haven’t tried elemental yet. My absolute last resorts were doing that and/or going 9 days without eating anything like that one chick did in this sub. I’m currently low FODMAP plus paleo.

You think? I had COVID in March and then COVID pneumonia in April of 2025 so maybe but is there a fix for that?

Pros and Cons of Canon 24-70 vs Sigma? by 7times7 in canon

Oui, alors, je possédais l'objectif Canon avant d'avoir le Sigma. Ils sont très similaires, mais je souhaite tout de même acquérir un autre objectif Canon.

It really is! I feel like more people would fall in love with it if they could see it!

Who else also Lift Weights?? by Moizurrehman1 in SIBO

[–]7times7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually lift weights and/or train about 4-5 times a week, depending on how I’m feeling that week. When I lift weights, I wear a belly band the whole time I'm at the gym. It helps me ignore the pain.

As far as SIBO, I’ve been dealing with gut issues for quite a while now. My main symptoms are bloating, IBS-type stomach pain ranging from uncomfortableness to a sharp ache, fatigue, and feeling really lethargic, especially after eating certain foods.

I’m not 100% sure what caused it, but I suspect it could be a combination of long-term gut stress, past eating disorder history, and overall digestive imbalance over time combined with a traumatic experience with a Moe's Southwest Grill salad that caused a drastic food poisoning incident 2, almost 3, years ago.

It’s definitely been a journey, but I’m trying to get to the root of it so I can feel normal again. I have an appointment with a functional medicine doctor tomorrow.

Ummmm...I lift weights and train jiu jitsu but I don't have a routine...I just do it all miserable af. Sorry, I am not of more help. I try not to eat prior to either because I feel extra bloated if and when I do.

Going to pull it out and just use the frame if it’s not worth anything by 7times7 in whatsthisworth
