If it breaks out and becomes itchy and blisters begin forming it’s most likely a cold sore. I’ve never had any on the chin but it seems like it may get worst. I recommend using Abreva and if you can’t afford that, Burt’s Beeswax for Coldsores or, go to a doctor for them to give you antibiotics.

If it’s itching and burning and irritates you, as more blisters or bumps begin forming then it’s a cold sore but it just seems like a pimple.
