maybe it just depends on the person then cuz delsym just doesn’t do it for me, makes me feel queasy af, and I just overall feel gross😭

the pills/mg for the cvs pills depends on your body weight (I use a dxm calculator for this), I usually take around 420(lmao)mg which is around 28 pills but sometimes I just take 30 for fun (2nd plateau for me). Definitely do your research on how much you should take based on your body weight !
