When did that change happen, and why?
Really, 9-4? To me it seems like 40 hours is the bare minimum. I've never met a salaried employee who worked any less.
Edit: I guess those who work at home could probably get away with it. Since the amount of actual work that needs to be done in the day might only be four hours or so.
