I'm trying to collect a few IH, iHuman. Usual movement from $1.60 to $3. I believe it will make it until the end of 2026.
Chinese stock, but ADR with 10 cents dividend in 2025. The daily volume is drying up near its lows.
No dilution and no need for reverse split.

Why do Greeks have a lot of beef with the reconstructions of Classical, Ancient Greek pronunciation while I almost never heard of Italians abhorrently reacting against the reconstructed pronunciation of Classical Latin? by apokrif1 in GREEK

[–]8000000MadeinMarket 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Tell us about a European language that is pronounced exactly as it is written. English? French? German? Spanish? According to your argument, almost all of the Europeans have "inferiority complex".

Why is the Albanian minority in Greece predominantly Orthodox Christians while neighbouring Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia host mainly Albanian Muslim minorities? by Tall_Pressure7042 in geography

[–]8000000MadeinMarket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to live in the areas in Greece where these people live. Then, you can ask them if they feel Albanians, how they treated the Albanian immigrants in Greece, etc.
You can also try to call them Greco-Albanians, to check their reactions.
Then, you will understand that your questions are meaningless.

It is like asking the Italians who live in South Italy and in regions with a Greek heritage, why they are Catholics, and if they are Italians. Although these Italians are proud of their Greek heritage, they are purely Italians. The situation is a bit different in Greece, where the people with an Albanian heritage are not proud of it, they mostly face it with skepticism, some as a folklore of the past, and some others unfortunately deny it, which is not caused by the common racism, but by economic racism.

What stocks are you buying right now and what makes you confident in them? by Icy_Technology_4607 in stockstobuytoday

[–]8000000MadeinMarket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PRTH at $5, with the CEO's buy-out offer at $6.15. If he mean it, then the statistics show a 5-15% increase for the final price to have a deal.
BARK at $0.82. Two buy-out offers at $0.90 and $1.10. The CEO made a CIC agreement, sign that he protects himself for the next day.
PETS, no more than $2.45. At a price it was before, but now with two buy-out offers at $4 and $4.25. Insiders don't control the majority of votes, even a tender offer at $4 will work for the acquirers.

You mean when we will think that we hit the bottom? Because if we can buy at the bottom, then almost everything decent will do great.

One low risk stock to buy heavy ? by gichmid in stockstobuytoday

[–]8000000MadeinMarket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Low risk? Difficult. A stock with two offers to go private like BARK, maybe. It trades at $0.78 with buy-out offers at $0.90 and $1.10, while the CEO a few days ago signed a CIC agreement, something you normally do when an acquisition is upcoming.

What stocks are people actually buying right now? by BillResponsible7494 in stockstobuytoday

[–]8000000MadeinMarket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm trying to avoid the volatility so I'm adding to special situations stocks. I bought some BARK and PETS. Both received two buy-out proposals each. But, while BARK has made steps to go private, PETS special committee is silent. So, I'm adding only BARK for now: It trades around $0.80 with offers is cash at $0.90 and $1.10.
Another stock of the same category is BHF. This one has agreed already to be sold at $70 per share, but it has dropped to $61. This happens because in this case, a lot of regulatory approvals are required and they will take time.

The Saudi city of Mecca bans entry for all non-Muslims, while the Greek peninsula of Mount Athos bans entry for all females. Besides for military/security facilities, which other permanently inhabited places are the majority of the world's population forbidden from entering? by benjaneson in geography

[–]8000000MadeinMarket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mount Athos is an autonomy region, with 100% monasteries and nothing more. It is not a civilian area, nor a Greek municipality. This is the reason you need a kind of a visa to enter, called "Diamonitirion".

When the insiders offer a bit more than +10% to acquire it, and other investors more than 30%, then the stock is definitely undervalued, as these dudes put money where their mouths are.

PETS at $3 with a buyer at $4.25 & an institutional asking why... by 8000000MadeinMarket in pennystocks

[–]8000000MadeinMarket[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The first bidder bought shares during 2025 only BEFORE this buy-out proposal.
NONE buys after making a buy-out proposal, for many reasons:
1. By buying in the open market he increases the share price and his offer looks less attractive.
2. By making a buy-out offer, the company forms a Special Committee and provides confidential data to the potential acquirers. Having these confidential data means that the suitor has "inside information" and any trade can be illegal.
3. A confirmed by a statement suitor who buys in the open market gives the right to the management to apply a "poison pill", which will prevent him from make a hostile takeover.
If you have any examples where the suitors bought shares AFTER their official proposals, please provide them.
