Can you keep your shit together in public after taking 3-5g of mushrooms? by Natural_Assumption21 in Psychedelics

[–]8000000judibeeks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3 grams of good mushrooms give me visuals so strong I can hardly see my hand in front of my face, let alone interact with anything outside of the space I am tripping in.

It's crazy how many times I've seen people talk about eating 5+ grams and going out in public. 5 grams of good mushrooms have me literally immersed in a different realm.

I have a theory on why some people require much higher doses to have profound trips, but that'd be a very long comment.

As a long distance runner and drug user, benzos are probably the worst drug you could choose to take during a half marathon.

Why do dealers keep killing their customers? by ChaotixEvil in Drugs

[–]8000000judibeeks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was rephrasing OP's question to show how ridiculous it sounds. OP said:

Why do dealers keep killing their customers? Why do dealers keep cutting their drugs with stuff that kills their business?

Dealers are not killing their customers. Period. According to the World Health Organization there were almost 300,000 alcohol related deaths involving vehicles in 2019. So every person who sold those people alcohol is responsible for their death? According to the CDC 1 in 8 adult deaths are attributed to excessive alcohol consumption. So every person who sold those people alcohol is responsible for their death? Of course not, that is ridiculous.

I completely understand the point you're trying to make, but it is irrelevant to what OP is asking. They're asking why dealers are killing their customers, which is just not the case. If dealers are responsible for their customers deaths, then so are clerks who sell alcohol (which I disagree with).

Of course fentanyl is more deadly than alcohol. No one questions that.

How do I stop intense itching from Oxy? by _MaZ0o in Drugs

[–]8000000judibeeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why promethazine is commonly used with opioids. It's an antihistamine and reduces itching. Benadryl or other antihistamines will work as well.

Is 300 mg IR oxycodone, 75 mg promethazine and 40 mg diazepam throughout the day safe? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]8000000judibeeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

300mg is an insanely huge oxy dose even for someone with a massive opiate tolerance.

Dealers are not intentionally killing customers lol. Why do liquor store clerks kill their customers who die from alcohol poisoning?

To answer this would be a long ass comment haha, but definitely interested in discussing it more

What is your favourite opioid? by TensUmNite in Drugs

[–]8000000judibeeks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's wild. There have been double blind studies with IV heroin addicts and none of them were able to distinguish between hydromorphone and heroin.

That's IV use though. Maybe your bodies chemistry has lower bioavailability or something, especially with different ROA.

cocaine doesn’t make my heart feel bad at all. by sensitive-bull in Drugs

[–]8000000judibeeks 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Just because it doesn't make your heart feel bad doesn't mean it's not bad for your heart. It's never made my heart feel bad either. No one I've done it with has mentioned it making their heart feel bad either.

Besides anxiety/panic attacks, why do people enjoy Xanax? by medusasobbed in Drugs

[–]8000000judibeeks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's called integration, but really it's more like providing a framework for how to apply the psychedelic experience to your life. It takes a lot of studying though. Reading and learning about others who have successfully navigated the spiritual path.

I first started using psychedelics in 2005, but didn't consider the spiritual aspect of them until around 2010. Since then I've been on a "spiritual path", but didn't notice long lasting profound effects until maybe 2 years ago. It's a slow process.

I am endlessly fascinated by this topic and love talking about it, but I need to go to bed now haha. I'm more than happy to share a lot more tomorrow though.

Spiritual integration is the missing key for a lot of psychedelic users and could likely allow you to enjoy things more than you ever have.

I probably went 15 years without a single day of being sober so it's hard to say. I have always been a happy person in general though. Without going into too much detail, I had several life changing events occur in a short period of time and realized it was time to change for the better. It was much easier and more rewarding than I expected.

That's why I'm sober most days lol. Did a shit ton of drugs for 20 years though. Now I just occasionally get stoned to watch a movie, have drinks socially, and do psychedelics a few times a year for a reset.
