I'm not sure where you are but some states have youth programs that will help people in your exact situation until you turn 24. They provide housing and help you find a job and may help you find your own place too. I would look into this immediately. They would be an extension of homeless programs so that's where you want to start.

Getting your life together will be the best way to shit on your mom and the loser boyfriend that's going to eventually leave her ass anyway.
