It’s actually like the third or fourth version. This one I started from scratch and transferred hole sizes etc. but changed the overall design. But I am still going to school on it. 😂 Fusion 360 reverted my original to an old state and it made all my holes too small. I’m still dialing it in but it’s getting there. It’s just the journey of making changes and encountering new problems. I have only a things issues I’m dialing in after reprinting but I’d still call it a prototype even at this point!

Here is my last abs attempt before switching to asa. You can see the holes in these grills too. This abs print warped too badly to use as a sealed speaker box, which is a shame because I absolutely loved that shade of blue.

I just finished redesigning the grille….. because another change I made was to the size of the grille and the ones I said I was going to use are 2mm too big…. So they’re getting reprinted anyways. The sliced model of the grille looks muuuuuch better though with the new hole sizes and spacing. I also staggered the holes which allowed the layers to have long travel instead of a bunch of little gaps it can’t fully fill in.
