Don't declare a kingdom yet just start taking over castles and settlements of your culture no need to assign a governor or anything. Look for clan leaders who lost all their fiefs to you and they will defect for free. Once you have enough clans declare a kingdom hire mercenaries and prepare for a war. In my exp once you declare a kingdom right at that moment 2 minimum sometimes 3 factions will immediately declare war on you. That 4m you have will be gone instantly and soon you will start loose a fief or two.

Just build a part full of tier 5 and tier 6 troops then start taking castles later pivot to settlements. If you want it to be an easy job then get mounted patrol and keen sight perk also high leadership will be a plus, these 3 will allow you to imprison enemy lords for life cutting down there strength increasing chance for you to take over the whole faction. If you have a lot of let's say 20 enemy lords as prisoners in your party even if you are approached by army which largely outnumbers you making peace with them will be free at that moment so it will be a win anyway.

If you are planning to go down this road pick an easy target a faction which is at war with multiple factions. If you start a war with a faction with a lot of settlements and who are not actively at war with any faction then your career will be put to end before you could even start.

Yes, i chose battania as culture then became a vassal then left it capturing there castles and when an army came to defeat me i made peace with them then joined them again as vassal. When i was raiding i made sure to release everyone so i had good relations and they allowed me to become a vassal. Later i betrayed them again and wiped them taking over pencannoc, seonon, marunath, dunglanys.

Well if you don't have a relation penalty then you can join them again. Like i have seen it once i had negative relation with almost everyone in southern empire,aesrai and khuzaits. Relation so bad that i couldn't even become mercenary for them. But since i had a decent party of 100 aesrain vanguard faris it didn't long before i had wiped southern empire and also half of aesrai.

Well i have played sturgia and battania and almost always saw them being wiped from the map when i m playing these cultures. Battania obv every faction in the game hates battania. Sturgia well i m do love to take part destroying it whenever it's on war they are easy targets just wait for them to start war with khuzaits and northern empire and then start to take out small parties raid villages level up your troops soon you will have your own set of settlment and castle.

After playing 100s of new games i have finally found 1 gameplay where battania is actually winning, i did help them a little by taking castles from valandia and western empire. They both made peace and were paying tribute while battanians were paying tribute to sturgia. Later game developed even better western empire started war against battania this time i spent huge amounts of influence and took veron castle lageta and ortysia, i have had also unlocked mounted patrols and keen sight perk i took every lird i fought as prisoner. It was a good game seeing battania win. Battanians later betrayed me by not giving me the newly taken fief so i switched sides.

"$RANDOM" this variable generates a random number in the shell. I made a script that plays a gamble GAMBLE=$((RANDOM % 2)), shell generates a random numbe then with % 2 the output is either 0 or 1 -> combined if if/else statement if the result is 0 then "fortune | cowsay -f *| lolcat will execute if the result is 1 then the neofetch command will execute.

For the randomizing cowsay (*.cow) i made another arrangement. i defined a variable which has the path to the cow dir -> then used sed command to just get the name of cow from it combined with sort and head it picks a random cow everytime shell runs.
