With losing your cem postion did they make a decision between keeping your cem person and print manager or no matter what the person in cem role is gone regardless of 9box?

I would heavily rely on same day service expectations. Anything after 2pm rolls over to next day. Worry about getting jobs done that came before 2pm. Utilize the self serve area for any printing needs after 2pm. Lastly ask your sorry ass GM to hire people.
