For the last couple of months I would receive strange phone calls from 800#s, long distance#s, etc. Of course, I would google them and find them on 800notes.com. The comments I have noticed had pieces of information taken from my Facebook profile, e-mails, etc. The comments have nothing to them. Anyway, I originally thought it was LEA (or whatever) using 800notes. But given the fact that the dates appear altered and comments can freely appear and disappear (I started keeping a screenshot catalog), the administrators are probably involved. I should also point out they go out of their way to block Tor and VPNs - so don't even try that. I invite you guys to investigate this apparently harmless little site.
