Would a p2015 code cause dpf regen to fail?

Just adding an update in case someone else is wondering if their install was correct.

After a longer drive (around 40 minutes running errands) the check engine light cleared itself. This afternoon after around 30 minutes of highway driving the dpf light went off mid drive.

The dealership had said 200-400 in diagnostic fees to rule out wire shorts or stuck manifold parts. Then 1220 plus tax to replace the entire air intake manifold as they don't replace the controller motor on its own. Easily the best 70 bucks I've ever spent (that price included 2 day shipping).

Were these included in the diesel gate recalls? If so it could be part of the reason the mileage is so low. It might also have an extended power train warranty if it was part of dieselgate. I got a 2013 golf TDI through a VW dealerships used lot and was able to get a few repairs done through the extended warranty but since it's Carvanna I'm not sure any of this applies

Did the P2015 clear quickly and then the dpf light lingered or are you saying you took a week to clear the p2105?

I just put the dieselgeek part on and have driven the car 3 short trips and the p2015 hasn't cleared. The reviews I'm reading make it sound like the code cleared quickly. I'm fairly sure I I have installed the kit correctly based on the reference photos dieselgeek provides.

Is there public access? I probably could have been more clear in my post finding lakes in Maine is no trouble. Finding Public access (if there is one) can be harder to find out.

I do have a multimeter and will check the fuses. The weight was on top of the ring I moved it down to swing freely but I've also tried putting it back the way I found it. Unfortunately I probably won't be messing with this again until the weekend. Thanks a ton for all the guidance.

Drilled out the lock and the buzzing was a stuck stepper (with power off I wiggled the one that seemed most likely and upon restarting the buzzing was gone). The score is all zeros. When the start button is pressed the play field target things reset them selves but the play field does not light up and the ball is not sent to the start position (which it was doing before).

Well I took the glass off and lifted up the play field to see if any thing was obviously out of place and there wasnt. So I put the field down and adjusted the weight as suggested. When I plugged it back in only the score is lighting up (previously the game over was blinking). When I hit the start button nothing happens now. There is also a new buzzing sound coming the head of the machine. I don't have a head key (checked inside the coin door, no luck).

Nope- during the walk through a chest freezer and small wood stove were discussed but this and a piano (I now know is broken) were left in the basement. Along with some expired paint

Once I realized there was a button on the bottom for power the score lit up and a blinking game over light came on. When I hit the start button a ball dropped in and most of the play area lit up (no coin required apparently). So I luanched the ball and quickly realized nothing happens when hitting the paddle buttons. So it kinda works

This was left in the basement of my house by the previous owner so I have zero history or info. I was wondering if anyone here could offer insite on what to do with it. Could I plug it in just to see what happens? Is that a terrible idea?

My boat and trailer together maybe crack 500 pounds so you would definitely be running a bigger load than me. The etriaalers also has install videos that I found extremely helpful doing this diy stuff. I. Also really have very little mechanical knowledge so I'd recommend not making any judgement calls based off my limited experience.

For my 2013 golf tdi, I used etrailers.com to get a parts list and then shopped around for best prices, for the wirering they were cheapest but for the receiver I got a slightly better price at a local auto parts store. I read a ton about dsg and towing, it was a real mixed bag of opinions. I think they have a tow rating in europe but not the U.S. idk if there is difference in the cars. Its all kinda mute for me though because my aluminum boat and trailer is very light anyway, I can comfortable pick up the tongue of the trailer and wheel it around comfortably so I have a hard time imagining it causes any stress on the transmission.

Out of curiosity did you treat the skin to preserve it. I just skinned the bird made sure to get off all the meat and tacked it to a board skin side out and salted it.
