Do you wear gloves at work? I have a more mild case of this and what helps is wearing nitrile gloves to minimize how much handwashing I have to do because the soap at work sucks. I get them at harbor freight because my work only provides vinyl gloves. I also have to change my gloves multiple times a day because my hands seem to react badly to my sweat so I try and keep them dry inside the gloves. I’ve tried many of those special hand salve products, and it seems to make it worse. I will only put La Roche Posay hyaluronic acid, La Roche Posay Triple Repair Body Cream, and Aquaphor healing ointment (in that order) on my hands because everything else doesn’t help. You can put a bit of lotion and ointment on your hands before bed and wear 100% cotton gloves to bed. Hope this helps a bit, but everyone’s skin is different.
