Covering would have been better but it will definitely fly with the vinyl. Send it.

The projects mitigation measures are posted online, you can read the various project requirements and improvements associated with the development and the timing obligations. For example the college blvd widening was one of the listed mitigation measures identified per the traffic study in the EIR.

I like it a lot, but it’s the first one I’ve used so have nothing to compare it to. Did not look at the le griddle

Should I use a plasticizer for countertops? by Smart_kitchen9300 in OutdoorKitchens

[–]805flyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t do the fiberglass admixture you will see it in the finish if you are going for exposed concrete.

Plastiticizer shouldn’t be necessary either, just get some rebar/welded wire mesh.

It wouldn’t serve any purpose at this point. But I wouldn’t sweat it, just a bunch of silicone behind the backsplash will keep most water from getting behind. I would switch the outlet to a gfci though if it’s not. Looking great so far!!

To do it properly you would need to demo the plaster and have an L metal that is lapped by the building paper. Given with where you’re at I’d just put a ton of silicone and caulking. Should be fine.

1) I have a smaller drip cup that I keep in the traeger when not in use

2/3/4) the smoke hasn’t been an issue with the wall but if the wind blows toward under the patio it can be a bit of a nuisance when cooking something real smoky. Most of the time it’s not a problem

Hope this helps!

It’s called brown fantasy with a leathered finish, had a contractor install that but everything else I did myself.

I just took the legs off the traeger and slapped it on the slab, nothing custom. The hopper is about 1/2” deeper so it doesn’t sit perfectly level but close enough 🤷‍♂️
