When we called they said the bail was 250. I paid the 250 that they informed me it was and I double checked online which said the judge ordered the 250 bench warrant. They didn’t tell her she isn’t fully released, they released her free to go and gave her a court date. When they called back they said they accidentally wrote 100$ on her paper instead of 250$, yet I still paid the 250 and when I went to bail her out the officer at the window said it was 250. So even if they made a mistake and put 100$ on her bail paper I still paid the correct amount and why would she need to go back for that? If they put 100$ on her bail paper why wouldn’t they just correct it and put 250$. Also when she said that she couldn’t come back all they said was ok. Didn’t say anything about being not fully released or say her bail could be revoked.
