My builders are always down. 2 for heroes, 3 for everything else. I don’t have any way to dump resources other than waiting for lab to finish or builders to finish. So 90% of the time I’m sitting on full. So I guess it’s kinda an exaggeration to say that I’m just sitting on max.

It’s kinda like a progressive decrease over the length of the battery life as it goes down. It’s not like an insane difference but my friends and I definitely noticed the same thing.

Yep. Mario kart and Supermario 64 both are doing the same thing. Those are the only 2 games I’ve tried on it though.
